Rating
The lending activities of Totalkredit A/S and Nykredit Realkredit A/S, Totalkredit's parent company, are jointly funded. Due to the joint funding, Totalkredit A/S and Nykredit Realkredit A/S use the same bond series to fund identical loans. Nykredit Realkredit A/S issues the requisite bonds out of capital centres which are rated by Standard & Poor's.
